There are three easy steps to reserving an activity with us…

Step 1: Select a Tour, Activity or Trip

Take a look at our options for tours, activities, or trips that we offer. After having selected the option that you like the most, be sure to enter the complete details of your request in our online form, and then send it.

Step 2: Confirming Availability, Details, and your Personalized Quote

Once we have received your request, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm availability, verify if you have any special requests, and send you a detailed description of your tour, trip, or activity, along with the final quote of your request.

Step 3: Reserving, and Confirming your Payment

For some of our activities, payment can be made the same day as the tour. For many excursions, we require a deposit in advance in order to reserve the tour (the rest can be paid in cash on the day of the tour). If we indicate that a tour requires a deposit in advance, your reservation will not be finalized until we have received the indicated deposit.

When you are ready to complete your deposit and reserve your trip, simply chose the type of payment that is most convenient for you: PayPal, International Bank Transfer, or Western Union.

Once we have received your payment (if required), you will receive a final confirmation of the tour, activity or trip, along with your invoice for the payment and amount due.

Yes, it is possible to reserve a tour or activity via email when you send us the following information: Trip, Activity, or Tour name, number of people, dates, first and last name of the person reserving, age, country of residence, passport number, lodgings in Panama City, and any special requests. Reservations can be made to panamaroadtrips@gmail.com.

In order for us to personalize your tour and provide a good service, we  recommend reserving at least 2 days or sometimes several weeks in advance depending on the type of service you are interested in. Below the services are listed with the minimum advanced notice that we recommend:

  • Transport/Shuttle service: 2 days in advance
  • Tours: 3 days. in advance
  • Activities: varies (please inquire)
  • Day Trips: 3 days in advance
  • Extended trips (from 2 to 5 days): two weeks. in advance
  • Extended trips (from 6 to 20 days): three weeks  in advance

In the event that you would like to reserve within the  time limit of advanced notice listed above, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to organize your activity.

Our goal is to respond to your request as soon as possible. Depending on the tour, activity, or trip, we will provide you with a response immediately or within a 24 hours window, since some of our providers and communities are located in very remote or difficult to access areas. It is because of this that we request advanced notice with requests. If you are unsure, please see the recommended booking times listed above.

We offer the option to pay online safely. Payments can be made through PayPal, International Bank Transfers, or Western Union.

Some of our tours and trips require special planning, the personalization of the trip, and contacting different other partner operators. Because of this, we do not charge for a tour until we have verified availability. Your payment will not be requested until after we have confirmed availability.

There are no additional charges or taxes unless specifically indicated. Some tours offer optional activities that will be mentioned. Optional activities require an additional charge, apart from the base cost of the trip and can be paid during the tour or trip. Please be aware that changing your itinerary or additional additional activities during the course of your tour or trip can affect the cost of the drip. After receiving your request, we will be in contact with you to personally create your tour and adapt it to your needs.

An email will be used to confirm your deposit and reflect the remaining balance to be paid. The confirmation will also have the details and dates of your tour, program, or service, the number of participants, the location of your pickup, arrival instructions, recommendations, and our contact information.

Upon making the deposit, you can email us a copy of the receipt as proof that the deposit has been made.

Please read our Cancellation Policy and Terms & Conditions that are expressed on our web page. You can also find this information on the email that you will receive on our tours, activities, and trips when you first request a quote.

No, all of our tours or activities must be paid for in advance or a deposit of 10% to 50% must be made depending on the tour that you choose.

Please contact us and we will inform you of options for paying for tours, activities, or trips in installments.

Yes, there is always the possibility to do a tour, activity, or trip with just one person, however the price would not be the same since all of our prices reflect a minimum of 2 people, and in some instances 3 or 4 people.  If this is your case, please contact us for a personalized quote.

On all of our trips, we manage small groups, of which the prices per person are indicated for each activity. If you are traveling with a larger group, please contact us for a specific quote for 9 or more people.

All payments can be made in US Dollars. In the case of an international bank transfer, online payment, or bank deposit, it must also be in US Dollars.

You can only postpone your dates within a 3 month period after the original date. The ability to change your dates, depend on the availability we have at the time. Please read our Cancellation Policy, Terms & Conditions based on your change request.

These are additional activities that can be done within a tour or trip but are not considered part of the value of the tour. You can however, request these activities during the tour or trip. Please understand that these values must be paid additionally and directly to the activity provider. S
